Shipping & Return Information
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. All you need is your order number and zip code.
Return Policy
- An order is no longer eligible for cancelation once a shipping label is generated.
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price.
- All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page.
- Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
- Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, mattresses/pillows/pillow & changing pad covers and undergarments.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
- For those customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally please remember that Albee Baby does not ship internationally and therefore cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US.

Please note that it may take 10 - 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or store credit to be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Albee Baby does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless they purchase return coverage.
- When you opt-in for coverage when placing your order, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange. All returns are still subject to the guidelines outlined in the return policy, regardless if coverage was purchased. If you decide to not purchase the return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received.

UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a $13.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $4.95 charge for orders under $99.
Shipping Information
We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $99, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $99. Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.

Orders are usually shipped in approximately 2 business days of order receipt.

FedEx and UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast.

Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different days.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Items that are orderable should be in stock at the time of your purchase. However if they are not available once your order has been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

Please note that once a ups tracking number is generated for an order that order can no longer be canceled.
