How do I redeem the points I've earned?

It's Easy! Log in to your account and visit your dashboard. Select the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your points for cash towards your next order!

Do my points or cash rewards expire?

Points can expire after one year if there isn't any account activity. Cash rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.

What happens to my points if I return the item I purchased?

If you return an item, all points earned for that purchased item will be deducted from your account.

Shipping & Returns

What’s Albee Baby's return policy?

At Albee Baby, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order!We gladly accept returns of new, unused items within 60 days of receipt. To qualify for a fullrefund, merchandise must be returned within this timeframe and in its original packaging, withall packing materials, manuals, and registration cards.

How do I return an item?

Ready to make a return? Please email returns@albeebaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We will do our best to get back to you within 1 business days on next steps!

How do I cancel an order?

Please email info@albeebaby.com if you would like to cancel your order. Please note, once as hipping label is generated an order is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please also note that if you wanted to cancel an item that was being shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, we will need to confirm the manufacturer that they are able to cancel the order.It may take 24 hours for the manufacturer to respond.

How much does shipping cost?

At Albee Baby, we offer free shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. (or $4.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $99) Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the lower 48 states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed Monday -Thursday typically go out the same day or the next day. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday generally go out by Monday. We use UPS and FedEx for all deliveries. For certain items, a signature may be required. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. These are estimated times and may vary. UPS delivers on weekends in most cities, but this might not apply to rural areas. We do not guarantee shipping times or have an expedited shipping option. For items that are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your product. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information!

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, Albee Baby is here to help resolve the issue.Lost PackagesOnce a tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, Albee Baby has fulfilled its delivery obligation. We are not responsible for theft after delivery.If your package is lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to conduct a search for the missing item. In some cases, you may be responsible for opening up a claim with the shipping carrier as well.In certain cases, we may also request a police report to be filed.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section, where you’ll find up-to-date information on your purchase.

Will I receive notifications about my order’s progress?

Yes, we’ll send email updates to keep you informed throughout the shipping process, from the moment your order ships to when it’s delivered.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Simply click the link provided to view the latest updates on your package.

Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

It can take a few days for tracking updates to appear after your package leaves the warehouse. If you notice a delay, please check back shortly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We’ll investigate and help ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?

We begin processing orders immediately, so modifications may not be possible. Contact customer service as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
