Description
This 6 Inch 2-Stage Crib & Toddler Mattress has a split fabric consisting of Organic Cotton and our unique cooling Celsius fabric. The cooling fabric has Glacier Cooling yarns, Tencel Rayon, and, like the Organic Cotton fabric, is also water repellent. The entire cover is removable & machine washable. This 100% Breathable mattress not only helps regulate temperature by allowing air to pass through the entire mattress, but there are no VOC's, no off-gassing (that chemical smell when you open a mattress with foam), and no toxic emissions. It also has a water based, prop 65 complaint, cooling application on the infant side. Studies have shown that sleeping cooler helps people sleep better. We have applied this concept to our baby mattress. It's designed for extra firm infant support, and a comfortable plush side for your growing toddler. Around the entire perimeter of the mattress, is a 2 inch, firm edge guard to support children as they begin standing. All materials used are eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, and breathable. This mattress is GreenGuard Gold Certified.
